SELLING PROGRAMS IS NOT JUST ABOUT MAKING MORE MONEY

Programs (sometimes called packages)… you know, working with people in-depth, over time instead of selling hundreds of one-off sessions (which is frankly exhausting, limiting, and not all that effective)…

They’re an amazing way to work, and I’ll tell you why in a moment, even if you’re skeptical.

But first, I want to point out a problem with the way creating programs is sold to business owners primarily as a way for you to earn more money, basically by taking a bunch of one-off sessions, wrapping ‘em up, adding some free bonus, and hiking the price up to “luxury VIP level.”

But that doesn’t feel good to you, does it?

It’s a bummer very few people talk about the real value of doing work in a program model.

It’s actually better for your clients.

But for the most part, when you work with someone in-depth, over time, don’t you see better results?

Don’t your clients start achieving what they came to you for?

Don’t you start seeing how powerful your work is?

Do you find that it’s not necessarily about how many minutes and hours you spend with them, but also about all the growth they’re doing in between sessions too, while held in your container of growth?

Isn’t everyone happier?

But here’s the thing…

It takes time, energy, presence, courage, skills, experience, money, and availability to hold people in a long-term process.

That’s a lot!!

To help people truly achieve their visions and goals, you’ll need to add in some extra support here and there, sometimes in the form of your time between sessions, sometimes in the form of resources you’ve already labored to create, sometimes offerings from aligned colleagues, and certainly in the form of energetically holding people in a process.

You are taking people on a journey of change.

Between this and the fact that programs actually work better to help people achieve their goals…

Programs should cost more than 10 one-off sessions simply added together!

But again, this is not just for your convenience, or so you can make endless amounts of money, it’s because you’re offering something amazing and effective that helps your clients grow, evolve, heal, and activate in all the ways they most desire.

Plus there is that massive bonus that you get to have more consistent and predictable income with less marketing overall.

But that’s really just the icing on the cake.

The value of your programs is in the results. And you can get better results (most of the time) working with people inside the commitment of a program. It might be one month or one year, but programs (when specific and created properly) bring results.

And that’s what people are paying your for. Not your time. Not your modality.

They want something to change. You can help them.
