I'm a little different from your average business coach.

The first piece of advice I give every client is… slow down.

This is not popular advice in the entrepreneurial world.

It’s more like, “Hustle, girl boss!” and “Make sh*t happen!” and “BE EPIC OR DIE TRYING!”

But I’m a firm believer that if we step off the hamster wheel, and tune into nature’s rhythms, we can grow more sustainable lives, businesses and even—gasp!— a better world.

And I’ve created hundreds of communal experiences—from activist conferences, spiritual festivals, business strategy retreats, and Burning Man camps to epic vacations, fancy nonprofit fundraisers, and workshops, courses + trainings of all shapes & sizes…

Oh, and most recently, I assisted in planning my daughter’s 3rd birthday party (she’s following in my party planning footsteps, I’m proud to say). 😉

For 7 years, I coached entrepreneurs in both a 1-on-1 and a group format… until 2020 came and changed ev-er-y-thing. After an intentional hiatus (that I’d planned to the letter—I’m a triple Capricorn, what can I say?) I came to a glass-shattering realization—

My clients were getting BETTER RESULTS in my groups than they were 1-1. And *I* was happier, more fulfilled, less stressed, and more prosperous when I leaned into my innate gifts as a group leader– and showed my clients how to create transformational group experiences for their clients.

Look– I’m no empire builder. I’m a tired mom who wants to spend more time exercising, crafting, and playing with my kid. I’m happy making great money with a small team and an ultra-simple business model where I take home the majority in profit.

So now? I help seasoned coaches & healers step into their roles as leaders & guides, joining me in the ripple effect that embodied, resilient, equitable leadership creates in our culture.
